Dalbit ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
Dalbit does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email. All your data — the sound mixes you create, your alarms and your settings — is stored only on your device.
The App does not use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or any advertising SDKs. To improve the App, it does send the following anonymous usage statistics to the developer's Apple iCloud (CloudKit):
If the App crashes or freezes, diagnostic information produced by Apple's MetricKit — a technical record pointing to where the error occurred, plus app version, OS version and device type — is also sent to the same iCloud. These diagnostics don't even carry the random number described below, so they can't be traced to a particular installation, and they are used solely to fix the error.
What is never sent: the names or contents of your sound mixes, your name, email or phone number, device or advertising identifiers, and your location. Statistics are grouped only by a random number unrelated to your device or account, and that number is regenerated if you delete and reinstall the App. This information can't identify you, isn't used for tracking, and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
When you choose to send feedback from the App's settings, the message and feedback type you write, your name and reply email if you choose to enter them, any screenshots you attach, and — to help us look into the issue — the app version, device type, OS version and language setting are delivered to the developer through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). Nothing is sent unless you tap Send, and feedback is used only to reply to you and improve the App.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store (In-App Purchase, StoreKit). Payment information is handled by Apple; the App never accesses your payment details. Subscription status is verified only through receipt information provided by Apple.
The App does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Feedback and the anonymous usage statistics and diagnostics described in section 1 are stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) and are accessible only to the developer. No data is sent to any other outside party.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
