Family Court lets families hold playful role-play trials at home, so children naturally learn what law, fairness and rules mean. File something unfair as a civil case, or a broken house rule as a criminal case, then share out the roles of judge and counsel and hold the trial.

Any child who can read can play with a parent. The trial script and guidance mean even younger children can join in with a grown-up's help.

No. Trials, records and everything else work offline. You only need internet access and an iCloud sign-in when you send feedback to the developer with Send Feedback in Settings.

Your family members, law book, trials and verdicts are saved only in a familycourt.json file on your device. Nothing is sent to an outside server. See the Privacy Policy for details.

• Use Save Records on the Home screen or in Settings to export your data to a file.
• On another device, choose Settings → Import Records and open that file to restore everything.
• Backup files exported from the older web version can be imported too.

Apps installed with a free Apple ID have to be run (reinstalled) again every 7 days. Your data is kept when you reinstall, but we recommend backing up first with Save Records. With a paid developer account ($99/year) the app stays valid for a year.

• On a Mac, open FamilyCourt.xcodeproj in Xcode.
• Under Signing & Capabilities, choose your own Apple ID (Team).
• Connect the iPad and press ▶ Run to install.

Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device. Family and trial records never leave the device, so nothing remains elsewhere. If you want feedback you sent with Send Feedback to be deleted, email leeo@kakao.com.
