macOS app

Rainbow Craft

A workbench for planning your week by day and by hour. Lay down the hours you can't give up, such as sleep, meals and work, then place your to-dos in what's left and see what actually fits.

Plan the week you really have

A to-do list can't tell you whether your week can hold it. You have to put things down and look.

🕒

Fixed routines first

A week is 168 hours. Fixed routines take their share first, and the app shows what remains in plain numbers.

📐

Drag it where it goes

Drag a to-do onto a day and it becomes a plan block. Move it, change its time, or drag it back to the list when the date no longer works.

📊

A day across 24 hours

The timeline lays a day out on a 24-hour ruler. Gaps and overlaps are easy to spot, and you choose how overlapping items are arranged.

Split big jobs into steps that finish

A big job usually stalls not because you're lazy, but because something is still in the way before you can touch it.

The app asks two questions about every step.

Answer yes to both and it's a fragment, something you can pick up whenever five minutes open up. Everything else needs time you set aside. The app answers first from the wording and the length, and you can overrule it whenever it's wrong.

Stay on the clock, then look back

A plan matters most after you make it.

⏱️

Now Timer

When a plan's start time arrives it turns in progress, and once its time is up the app asks whether you finished. The Now Timer widget shows what you're on and how long is left without opening the app.

📅

Works with Calendar

Bring in meetings and appointments from Calendar on your Mac instead of typing them twice. If you like, plans can go into a separate Rainbow Craft calendar. Your other calendars are never changed.

✅

Weekly review

One card per day. Mark what you did, half did or skipped, and use it to plan the next week.

Works with your iPhone

On the same iCloud account, to-dos move between this app and Rainbow of Desire on iPhone. Plan today on your Mac and check it on your iPhone when you're out.

Privacy

There's no account, no sign-up, and no developer server holding your plans. What you write stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. To improve the app, it sends anonymous usage counts that never include what you write, and you can turn them off in Settings. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
