Park your worries
for later
Write down the worry that keeps circling at night and leave it in the lot. We'll bring it back at your Worry Time. Until then, you don't have to carry it.

How it works
Worry postponement, a technique from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), built as a parking lot.
Write it down
Write the worry exactly as it sounds in your head and rate how loud it is, 1 to 5.
Park it
Parked worries stay blurred. If one drives back into your head, tell it: you already have a spot.
Exit gate
At Worry Time, give it 15 focused minutes. Check what really happened, then let it go, make a plan, or park it again.
