Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using Sekki (the "app") and its subscription products. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
- The app lets you log meals and workouts with photos, share them with friends, and cheer each other on.
- Core features are free, including logging, basic stats, reminders, widgets, food analysis, sharing with friends, and joining groups.
- With Sekki Pro (subscription), you can create multiple groups, see detailed stats (before-and-after comparisons and your most frequent foods), and lock the app with Face ID.

All three products unlock the same Sekki Pro features. Lifetime access has no time limit, and you can get it back on a new install with the same Apple ID by tapping Restore Purchases.
3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can cancel anytime in the iOS Settings app, then Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- If you cancel, you keep your subscription benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for.
4. When a Subscription Ends
- When a subscription ends (this doesn't apply to Lifetime), your entries and photos stay, and you can keep using the free features.
- Groups you already created remain, and you can create new groups within the free limit. Face ID lock is turned off.
5. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple (App Store), so refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures. Please request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer can't cancel or refund payments directly.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Photos and notes you share with friends are content you post yourself. Don't post anything illegal or that infringes on others' rights.
- Don't use cheers or comments to insult or harass others.
- The app does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users.
- Anyone can block or report another person from the Friends screen or from comments. Blocking removes you from each other's friends and hides that person's comments and reactions.
- We review reported content within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we remove the content and restrict the author's use of the app.
- Violating these terms may result in restricted use of the service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your entries are stored on your device. While "Share My Meals" is on (it's on at first), they're uploaded to iCloud so your friends can see them. You can turn sharing off in Settings > Account & Sharing. See the Privacy Policy for details. You can delete your account and server data yourself in the app under Friends, then Account, then Delete Account.
Entries stored only on your device are not backed up. If you delete the app or reset your device, they can't be recovered, so please keep copies of photos that matter to you.
8. Changes to the Service
We may improve or change features, and in unavoidable cases we may discontinue some of them. If paid features change significantly, we'll let you know in advance in the app or on this page.
9. Limitation of Liability
The app is a tool to help you keep a food and fitness log. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Food analysis results are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Please talk to a professional before making health decisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, we'll post the update on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
