Frequently asked questions

How do I change my Worry Time?

Go to the Settings tab and change Worry Time. The new time applies to worries you park from now on. Worries that are already parked keep their exit time.

I'm not getting pickup reminders.

Check Reminders in the Settings tab. If you see “Notifications are off”, tap Open iOS Settings and turn them on. A Focus mode may also deliver them quietly. Even without a notification, worries that reach their exit time show as “Ready for pickup” in the lot.

Will my worry show up in notifications?

No. Notifications only show the spot number, like “P3 is ready for pickup”. The worry itself appears only after you open the app and go to the exit gate.

Can I look at a worry before Worry Time?

Tap the car in the lot, then choose Retrieve early → Send it to the exit gate now. Postponing works best when you wait, though. Most worries feel smaller by Worry Time.

How many worries can I park for free?

Up to 3 at once. Worry Parking Pro removes the limit and adds custom exit times and Exit insights.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap Manage subscription in the app's Settings tab. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page.

Pro isn't unlocked on my new iPhone.

Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with, then tap Restore purchases in the app's Settings tab.

Can I move my history to a new iPhone?

Everything is stored only on your iPhone, with no account or sync. Restoring a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or using Quick Start, moves it along with your other app data.

How do I delete my history?

Swipe left on an entry in the Exit Log tab. Deleting the app removes all of its data.

Is this therapy?

Worry Parking is a self-help tool based on worry postponement, a technique from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). It is not a medical device and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.
