Open the app and the camera is ready. Fit the slide on screen until the frame turns green, then tap the shutter or let auto capture take it. When the slide changes, the next one is captured automatically.
Tap Record at the top of the camera. The talk is recorded while you capture. Later, open any slide and tap play to hear it from the moment you took that slide. Playback turns the slides for you.
Open a presentation and tap the ✨ notes button. Tap Transcribe next to a recording, then Summarize with AI. AI Summary needs a device that supports Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later) with Apple Intelligence turned on.
Slides captured within five minutes of each other are treated as the same session and filed in one presentation. You can rename it, or merge presentations from the list.
In a presentation, open the ⋯ menu and choose PDF (one, two or four slides per page), Markdown for Notion or Obsidian, or PowerPoint, which also opens in Keynote and Google Slides.
Turn it on in My Info › Sync. Your presentations, slides and recordings are stored in your own private iCloud and appear on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account. It is off by default because photos and recordings use your iCloud storage.
On your device. Text recognition, transcription and AI Summary all run on your device. Data only goes to your own iCloud if you turn on sync. See the Privacy Policy.
