Rereminder is made by one person. Write to me and you are writing to the developer — not a ticket queue.

Settings › Feedback › Send Feedback
Goes straight to my inbox. No email app needed — just iCloud sign-in.
I usually reply within 2–3 days. If it has been longer than a week, assume the message got lost and send it again — I would rather read it twice than not at all.
Rereminder uses local notifications, so this is almost always a permission or a Focus setting. Check in this order:
If all four are fine and it still happens, tell me the timer length and where the alerts were placed — that combination is what I need to reproduce it.
Open Settings › My Devices in the app. The status next to Apple Watch tells you which step is missing, and tapping it opens a walkthrough for that exact state.
Timer state crosses over even when the watch app is in the background, so you do not need to keep it open.
"Connected" here means the app was running on that Mac within roughly the last 10 minutes — not a live socket. Devices leave a mark in your own iCloud every five minutes, and iCloud cannot wake a sleeping app, so a Mac that just woke up can take a few minutes to appear.
If it never appears: both devices must be signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on. Settings › My Devices has a "Check again" button that re-reads immediately.
The Mac version needs macOS 26 or later.
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them, so make sure you are signed into that same account — not a family member's, and not a different regional account.
Pro is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and it does not expire, so it survives reinstalls and new devices.
Pro is a one-time purchase. What Pro sells is one sentence: the app remembers your setups.

Templates you already saved are never deleted. If you do not have Pro they stay on screen, locked, and unlock again the moment you buy.
Refunds go through Apple, not through me — I have no access to your payment details and cannot issue one. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
If the reason is something broken, please tell me too. A refund closes your ticket; it does not fix the bug for the next person.
Yes. Open m1zz.github.io/rereminder on an iPhone and the App Clip runs the timer right away — no App Store trip. It has the dial and the alerts; templates, session mode, and the watch app are in the full app.

Everything you create — timers, templates, section names, scripts, history — lives on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.
The anonymous usage counts the app sends are described in full on the privacy page, including what stops when you delete the app.
