❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Does SukSuk Allowance use real money?

No. All currency and transactions in the App are virtual and for learning only. Nothing is connected to a real bank account, card or cash. The goal is to help kids learn money concepts safely.

How do family devices share the same data?

Devices signed in to the same iCloud account sync automatically. In iOS, check that iCloud is turned on under Settings → Apple Account → iCloud. If you don't use iCloud, data is stored only on that device.

I forgot the Parent PIN.

For security, the PIN is stored only on the device, so even the developer can't recover it. If you lose your PIN, you can delete and reinstall the App to start over from the initial setup. Please note that this will erase your existing data.

How does savings interest work?

Money in the savings account earns compound interest every week, added automatically. You can set the interest rate in Parent Mode, and any missed weeks are caught up automatically when you open the App.

Are investment prices linked to the real market?

No. Fund prices are simulated data that change inside the App once a day for learning purposes. The riskier the fund, the bigger the swings. These are not real financial products.

I want to delete all my data.

Deleting the App also erases the data stored on your device. To remove data synced to iCloud, go to Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage and delete the App's data.

Which devices and iOS versions are supported?

SukSuk Allowance works on iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later.

🔒 Privacy

All SukSuk Allowance data is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud account. The developer receives only feedback you send from Parent Mode and anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
